Medical References "Cruciform"® fulfils the requirements identified in the book "Essentials of Immediate Medical Care" and is mentioned in "Essential Orthopaedics" published by Churchill Livingstone. It has been fully described in the "Journal of the British Association of Immediate Care"[Now published as "Pre-Hospital Immediate Care"] and the book "Major Incident Medical Management & Support - The Practical Approach", published by the BMJ Publishing Group.
